Tom Garvey

Tom Garvey is the President of LCR Wealth Management. He is a Registered Investment Adviser and is responsible for delivering full-service financial planning and investment management for high net-worth investors and their families.  Prior to joining LCR Capital Partners, Tom was Vice President, Head of Office, at Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management in Southern Connecticut and was part of the team that was acquired with United Capital Financial Advisors in July 2019.

 

Michael Maxwell

Head of Business Development at EQTY Capital

Michael has worked in financial services, fund management and corporate services for over 12 years across Portugal and London, during which he has held various board positions. Michael has been working closely with private clients and introducers from Switzerland, London, Turkey and South Africa, a role which he will continue with under EQTY CAPITAL. Michael holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Wits Business School in South Africa and a BA (Law and International Relations) from the University of the Witwatersrand.

John Baker

Chief Marketing Officer at LCR Capital Partners

John manages how the firm is positioned, lead generation, and marketing partnerships. Prior to LCR, John was Chief Marketing Officer of Mirum, a 2,000-person agency he helped found inside J Walter Thompson and WPP. John started his digital marketing career in 1995 and has held global roles based in New York and London. He has a dual-BA in Economics and French from the University of Connecticut, a Diplôme from the Université de Haute Normadie, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
